Product Details1.High-precision Profile Tracking Technology
It realizes four different chamfering effects, accurately grinding the front and rear edges of plates into arcs or right angles, removing burrs and forming a smooth transition. The edge shapes are uniform and aesthetic, greatly enhancing the overall texture of finished products.
2.Modular Function Configuration
The machine provides multiple configurations including standard type and double-glue-pot type, which can be flexibly selected according to production demands, adapting to various plate processing scenarios.
3.Stable and Reliable Transmission System
Adopting encoder control, the conveying speed is adjustable from 12 to 20 m/min, ensuring stable operation and maintaining high precision during long-time continuous production.
4.Efficient Gluing and Pressing System
Equipped with a six-wheel pressing lower glue pot, it ensures tight bonding between edge banding and plates. The double-glue-pot model achieves uniform double-sided gluing with stronger adhesion.
