Partial Mechanism Function Description
Feeder

1. Paper feeding independent motor frequency control.
2. Main motor speed ratio linkage, pasting box process to keep the box spacing stable.

Aligner sectionIndependent section with an unparallel lower carrier that guides the box to a parallel handrail that allows a perfect blank alignment.
Pre-folding section

1. Plates transportation (left 180º, right 135º), especially for the boxes' need to run on automatic packing flow line.
2. Can be upgraded for 4/6 corner box, servo control back system.

Bottom hook section

1. The bottom hook is equipped with a high-speed edge grinding machine and equipped with air suction and dust removal.
2. Unique design for upper and lower glue tank and matching products (optional for cold and hot glue automatic spraying system).

Final folding section

1. Lengthening this folding part to meet the long box folding requirements, such as LED box.
2. The upper and lower belt was driven by motor for smooth box transportation.

Output section

1. The upper and lower carriers separately, which is conducive to adjust the length separately.
2. Equipped with belt tension automatic control system.

Optional Partial 1. Operation system(Counter device)The box counter coordinates with the photo-electricity, electromagnetic valve, and cylinder. When the box goes through the photo-electricity counter and up to the setting number, the cylinder will kick out by the side of the neat boxes to mark for the convenience of packing.The photo-electricity counter and cylinder are controlled by the touch screen, and the number of each pack can be set between 0-9999, and each action time is between 0-99 seconds.2.
